As the business model began to shift at Equisolve, we required an efficient way to build an array of websites. Enter Velocity: a design library that was started in Sketch and ultimately moved over to Figma. Designers are now able to read a project brief, reference a content document and build the website's pages with components and rows. This simple library has increased Equisolve's capacity to complete projects sooner, thereby making the company more profitable. I love the systems-thinking approach and continue to evolve Velocity according to feedback and new company objectives.
